StickFix – Refund Policy

1. General

Our refund policy applies to all StickFix repairs, upgrades, and sales.

Refunds will only be made to the payment method specified by the customer.

2. Repairs & Upgrades

  • Not feasible: If a repair or upgrade cannot be carried out for technical reasons, any payments already made will be fully refunded.

  • Partially completed: If part of the work has already been completed, only the part of the work not yet performed will be reimbursed.

  • Warranty defects: If a defect is discovered within 6 months, it will be repaired free of charge. If repair is not possible, a refund will be issued.

3. Individualized devices

There is no right to reimbursement for customized or modified devices (e.g. design modifications) provided the service was provided as agreed.

4. Return of goods

  • Unused, original packaged accessories can be returned within 14 days.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us with your invoice or order number and a brief description of the problem.

After verification, the refund will be made within 7 working days
