We take the console apart down to the heatsink. Removing the side cover is not enough.

Fan, cooling fins and air channels get cleaned completely.

Fresh liquid metal
Old liquid metal off, new liquid metal on. Thermal pads are replaced if needed.

Test
Reassembled and tested thoroughly. Only then does it go back to you.

01How much does a PS5 cleaning cost?
The cleaning with fresh liquid metal is a flat 80 Euro, parts and labor included. We tell you the diagnosis cost upfront.
02How long does it take?
Usually 1-2 days. With express repair for +10 euros, the same or the next working day by arrangement.
03Is a cleaning worth it, or do I need a new PS5?
If dust and old liquid metal are the cause, a cleaning for 80 Euro is enough. You keep your console, your games and your saves. We tell you whether that applies to your PS5 after the diagnosis.
04Why liquid metal and not regular thermal paste?
The PS5 ships with liquid metal between the chip and the cooler. It transfers heat better than regular paste. We apply liquid metal again so the cooling matches the original design.
05Will I lose my saves?
No. We work on the fan and cooling, the storage is not touched. Backing up important saves to the cloud beforehand never hurts though.
06Can I send my PS5 in?
Yes, from anywhere in Austria. Pack the console well and message us briefly first. Return shipping with tracking is €14.90. In Vienna you can also drop it off at Hyrtlgasse 6/5, 1160 Vienna.
