Pack your controller securely with bubble wrap or its original packaging and ship it via post, DPD, or GLS to our workshop in Vienna.

Repair in Vienna
We repair your controller within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive photos and a message as soon as it's done.
Step 4
Shipping
Your repaired controller is shipped back insured with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number via WhatsApp.

01How do I send my controller?
Contact us on WhatsApp or fill out the contact form, describe the problem. Wrap the controller in bubble wrap, ship to Hyrtlgasse 6/5, 1160 Vienna.
02How much does shipping cost?
You pay for inbound shipping yourself (depends on carrier). Return shipping: Austria €6.90, Germany €14.90, Switzerland €19.90.
03How long does it take?
Repair 1 to 3 business days plus postal transit. About 3 to 8 days total depending on location.
04Is my controller insured?
Yes. Please ship as an insured parcel with tracking (DPD, GLS, or Post). We ship back insured.
05Also from Germany or Switzerland?
Yes, with the same service, prices and warranty. Return shipping is €14.90 to Germany and €19.90 to Switzerland.
06Do I pay customs when sending from Germany?
No. Austria and Germany are both in the EU, so there are no customs. Switzerland is different because it is not in the EU. In that case, message us first and we will sort out the process.
